Elaion Terra, land of the olive trees as translated in the greek language is a boutique guest house located in Theologos village, Thassos island’s first capital.
A place with narrow stone streets, old stone houses with slate tile roofing standing proudly, surrounded by forest’s rich green colour.
It is made of stone and wood, following its location’s traditional architectural guidelines and colours. It’s decoration is based on the same principles with a touch of modernism and luxury.
The fine noise of the river’s water flowing under the 1917 stone bridge, few steps away of the guesthouse, forms a nostalgic and peaceful environment as well.
In the garden, it is served daily, traditional homemade Greek breakfast from a buffet made by locally sourced ingredients and a variety of greek wine labels along with cold dishes and finger food.
